Production worker

Are you a real go-getter and have you perhaps worked as a warehouse employee, order picker or logistics employee before? Then you are the production employee we are looking for.

As a production employee, you are responsible for the control and disposal of our products. You work independently but in a team.

Only after your approval, you will pack the production according to the established standards and quality requirements. You work accurately and have a great sense of responsibility.

Our production team consists of full-time and part-time employees. Naber Plastics B.V. produces 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We do not work with employment agencies, so you will be employed directly by us. We believe in the power of permanent employees!

You control and dispose of products according to the established standards and quality requirements
You ensure correct packaging and correct palletization of the production
Labelling, packing, sorting of different items in our range
Together with the team you are responsible for the quality of the products
You ensure cleanliness around the machines

You are flexible and have a positive attitude to your surroundings
You are able to perform physical work (stacks of max 12 kg | average 5 kg)
You master the Dutch or English language
It’s no problem for you to work during the day

Option 1 – Working within a 3-shift system
A full-time job from Monday to Friday, different working hours every week within a fixed cycle.

One week you can practice your sport during the day and the next week you can relax on the couch with the family. Very varied and never boring.

Week 1 | 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
Week 2 | 06:00 AM – 02:15 PM
Week 3 | 10:00 PM – 06:15 AM

Option 2 – Working within a fixed weekly schedule
Mix and match the working hours below as much as you want. You get a fixed schedule, so you work within the same times every week.

This way you know exactly how to further organize your private life.

For example, Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 14:45 | 06:00 to 11:15 | 08:00 to 16:45 | 08:00 to 12:15 | 08:00 to 13:15 | 9:00 to 16:45

Technische dienst

In 2019 ben ik begonnen bij Naber Plastics en inmiddels werk ik al een hele tijd bij de technische dienst. Hier kon ik studeren en werken met elkaar combineren. Tijdens het volgen van mijn BBL opleiding Mechatronica heb ik mij verder kunnen ontwikkelen op technisch gebied. Ik ging 1 dag per week naar school en daarnaast werkte ik vier dagen bij Naber. Dit zorgde ervoor dat ik mijn kennis direct in de praktijk kon brengen. Nu mijn opleiding is afgerond, werk ik fulltime. Ik blijf mezelf natuurlijk wel ontwikkelen!

De technische dienst is een leuk en hecht team, waarin iedereen zijn eigen specialiteit heeft. Ik krijg veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en dat maakt mijn werk leuk.

Al weer 12 jaar geleden ben ik bij Naber Plastics komen werken in de functie van productiemedewerker. Sindsdien ben ik zowel persoonlijk als in mijn loopbaan enorm gegroeid. In mijn tweede dienstjaar ben ik gepromoveerd tot kwaliteitscontroleur, vanuit die functie ben ik doorgegroeid naar operator spuitgieter en sinds 4,5 jaar ben ik de leidinggevende van de productiemedewerkers. Naber Plastics heeft mij steeds de mogelijkheid gegeven om door te groeien.

Als leidinggevende van de productiemedewerkers zorg ik ervoor dat alle producten op een juiste manier verpakt worden. Daarnaast zorgen wij als team voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving. Het pand is super modern, de productiehal is hoog met veel daglicht, dit werkt erg prettig.

Naber Plastics is een dynamisch en flexibel bedrijf waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Het werken met mensen is uitdagend en geeft mij veel voldoening. Ik vind het belangrijk dat er een gezellige werksfeer is, dat draagt bij aan loyaliteit naar elkaar en bevorderd het goede samenwerken. Ik draag daar graag mijn steentje aan bij.

In 2023 ben ik begonnen als Operator Spuitgieter bij Naber Plastics. Via via ben ik hier terecht gekomen. Spuitgieten was een nieuwe branche voor mij, dus ik leer en ontwikkel continu. De werkzaamheden van een operator zijn heel divers. Van het oplossen van storingen, het controleren van de kwaliteit tot aan het poetsen van matrijzen, geen enkele dienst is hetzelfde. Dat maakt mijn werk bij Naber Plastics zo leuk!

In 2010 ben ik gescout door Lianne Naber als facilitair medewerker voor Naber Plastics. Destijds zat Naber Plastics nog op meerdere locaties en werd een gloednieuw en hypermodern hoofdkantoor gebouwd aan de van Hilststraat 12 in Waalwijk. Het nieuwe pand is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo hebben wij een gigantische productie- en opslaghal, een werkplaats, diverse kantoren, kleedkamers, toiletten, een mooie kantine en een bar.

Het is een complete dagtaak om het hele pand netjes en schoon te houden zodat alle medewerkers met plezier naar hun werkplek kunnen gaan. Dat vind ik heel belangrijk en daar zet ik mij dan ook volledig voor in.
Daarnaast is het ook mijn taak om het personeel te voorzien een lunch.

Op vrijdag wordt een uitgebreide lunch verzorgd die varieert van uitsmijters, mosselen, sandwiches, brood met beleg, salades enz. De lunch vereist mijn volle aandacht omdat er in het bedrijf diverse hobby koks werkzaam zijn die het eindresultaat kritisch beoordelen. Er zijn zelfs medewerkers bij die tijdens de voorbereiding en de bereiding daarvan komen kijken of alles wel volgens de juiste voedsel richtlijnen verloopt. Omdat er gewerkt wordt in ploegen en niet iedereen bij de lunch kan zijn, vind ik het belangrijk dat er ook voor de avond- en nachtploegen het een en ander wordt achtergehouden. De boodschappen worden voortaan gelukkig grotendeels aan kantoor bezorgd; dat scheelt weer wat kostbare tijd.

Bij bezoek van klanten, leveranciers, businessclubs, burgemeester en wethouders en zakenpartners verzorg ik een natje en droogje en een broodje of een lunch. Dit levert ook leuke gesprekken op en het is ook fijn om van hen waardering te krijgen.
Het leuke van mijn werk is dat ik met iedereen binnen Naber Plastics een ongedwongen contact heb. Ze kunnen alles bij me kwijt, we kunnen alles tegen elkaar zeggen, we kunnen elkaar plagen en we kunnen met elkaar lachen. Ze mogen zelfs een klein beetje kritiek hebben, maar ook weer niet te veel. Mijn werktijden zijn flexibel zodat ik mijn werk goed kan combineren met mijn privé leven. Ik geniet van een 4 daagse werkweek en die ene vrije dag kan ik altijd omwisselen. Dat waardeer ik enorm.

Ik heb het heel goed naar mijn zin bij Naber Plastics. Ik kan er mezelf zijn en mag en kan iedereen op een zelfde manier behandelen. In overleg is er bovendien veel mogelijk. De informele sfeer is prettig en natuurlijk moet er ook gewoon hard gewerkt worden maar dat is geen probleem.
